I’ve been a third-grade teacher. I’ve been a digital nomad (read: millennial having a quarter-life crisis after burning out as a third-grade teacher). I’ve been a marketing consultant and business owner for over seven years, and a lover of personal development for as long as I can remember. But my heart has always been in the why behind the work—and that’s what led me to launch Allie Jones Consulting. Through coaching, facilitation, and workshops, I help leaders get clear on who they are, what matters most, and how to lead in a way that feels both effective and true to them.
