JCG Land Services, Inc. (JCG), is an employee-owned Iowa corporation that has been successfully providing full-service real estate and right of way acquisition support to our public agency and utility clients since 1993. Our acquisition teams have successfully completed thousands of projects, including but not limited to: wind generation; electric and natural gas transmission and distribution; regional and municpal public works; state and county highways; recreational trails; economic development projects, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance sidewalk improvements; and federally-assisted flood/disaster recovery efforts. These projects have been of all sizes and complexities - from one or two parcels, to well over 100 parcels per project. JCG also maintains a real estate brokerage for our professional staff to meet real estate licensure requirements of our clients.
